Peychaud's bitters

Absinthe

Instructions

Step 1

Coat a rocks glass with absinthe.

Step 2

Add simple syrup, Straight Tennessee Whiskey, bitters and ice in a mixing glass and stir well.

Step 3

Strain into the prepared glass.

Step 4

Garnish with an expressed lemon peel.
